Castleberry's was founded in Augusta, Georgia in 1926 when Cloudless Stewart Castleberry'south opened his first concern. Clement spent years watching his beloved begetter, "Mr. Clem," prepare fresh charcoal-broil pork and beef for crowds as large as 12,000. Mr. Clem's cooking was the stuff of local fable, and his son Cloudless knew a corking opportunity when he saw i.
